TERMS OF SALE The property and improvements will be sold in as is physical condition without warranty of any kind and subject to all conditions, restrictions and agreements of record affecting the same. The purchaser(s) is/are responsible for, and the property and the improvements described above are sold subject to any environmental matter or condition, whether latent or observable, that may exist at or affect or relate to the property and the improvements and to any governmental requirements affecting the same.
