Main Street, Frostburg, MD 21532 was on July 29 2024 appointed Personal Representative of the estate of Charles Floyd Chappell who died on June 19,,2024 with a will. Further information can be obtained by reviewing the estate file in the office of the Register of Wills or by contacting the personal representative or the attorney.
