CITY OF FROSTBURG NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Ordinances 2025-04 & 2025-05 The City of Frostburg Mayor and City Council will conduct two Public Hearings during their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be held at S. Broadway, in the Room of the Frostburg Municipal Center, and will also be livestreamed on the City’s YouTube channel. The purpose of the Public Hearings is to receive public comments on the following ordinances, which were introduced during the Mayor and City Council meeting on May 20, 2025: Ordinance 2025-04 Ordinance to Amend Section 7-4(f) of the City Code to Clarify the Final Decision-Making Authority of the Mayor and City Council Regarding Commercial Rehabilitation Tax Credit Applications. Ordinance 2025-05 An Ordinance to Repeal and Re-Enact the Rental Housing Ordinance, Appendix D of the City Code, to Establish the Positions of Rental Housing Officer and Inspector, Revise Application and Inspection Procedures, and Strengthen Enforcement Provisions. The ordinances are available for review on the City’s website at www.frostburgcity.org. Printed copies may be requested at Frostburg City Hall.
