The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, 3.91 A, Lot 5 Tarpinian SubD, Distrcit 03, Account Number 012573, assessed to Gary W. Heffernan and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Allegany and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiffs in these proceedings:
3.91 A, Lot 5, Tarpinian SubD, Map 006,Grid 11,
Parcel 0117, District 03, Account Number 012573
The complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although the required time for filing a Complaint has elapsed.
It is thereupon, this 08th day of June, 2026 by the Circuit Court for Allegany County,
ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having a general circulation once a week for three successive weeks,, before the 01st day of August, 2026 warning all persons interested in said property to be and appear in this Court by the 28th day of August, 2026, to redeem the property,3.91 A, Lot 5, Tarpinian SubD, District 03, Account Number 012573, and answer the Complaint of or thereafter a final decree will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property and vesting in the Plaintiff, WILBARGER, LLC, a title free and clear of all encumbrances, except for ground rents.
