The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property sold by the Collector of Taxes for Allegany County and the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding:

Allegany County, Maryland, described as
:ALL that lot, piece or parcel of ground situated in Election District No. 3, Allegany County, Maryland, and known as part of Parcel No. 3-A as shown on a plat entitled Black Walnut Farms which is recorded as Plat No. 371 among the Plat Records of Allegany County and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING for the same on the Northerly side of Street Road on the division line between Parcels 3-A and 4 of Black Walnut Farms and running thence with said division line North 82 degrees 39 minutes 32 seconds East 478.98 feet; thence, with the boundary line between land herein conveyed and land of Teeter North 17 degrees 17 minutes 06 seconds West 132.95 feet; thence with same North 31 degrees 33 minutes 48 seconds West 169.49 feet; thence with same, North 12 degrees 21 minutes 54 seconds West 116.74 feet; thence with same North 26 degrees 40 minutes 11 seconds West 23.55 feet; thence leaving said boundary and crossing through Parcel No. 3-A, South 73 degrees 06 minutes 54 seconds West 603.64 feet to the Northerly side of Street Road; thence with northerly side of Street Road, South 16 degrees 53 minutes 06 seconds East 81.78 feet; thence with same, by a curve of 134.27 feet radius to the left an arc distance of 99.19 feet; thence with same, South 59 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East 85.43 feet; thence with same, by a curve of 184.26 feet radius to the left an arc distance of 59.93 feet, thence with same by a curve of 68.74 feet radius to the right an arc distance of 86.71 feet to the place o beginning, containing 5.01 acres, more or less.
and assessed to FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF WESTERN MARYLAND / GREGORY A SMITH
(the Property).
The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid.
It is thereupon this 06th day of February, 2026, by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, ORDERED that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in some newspaper having general circulation in Allegany County once a week for three (3) successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the Property to appear in this Court by the 09th day of _April , 2026, and redeem the Property and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the Property and vesting in the Plaintiff title to the Property free and clear of all encumbrances.
